New Policies as of 2023

Attention clients of Plush Puppies,

We had a 10-25% price increase on grooming services as of January 1st, 2023 and around a 25% price increase as of May 9th, 2023 when we became all inclusive. We began charging dematting fees ($1 a minute), preshaving fees, waste clean up fees ($25) for those caught not cleaning up after their dogs in the yard, cancellation fees of $25 due before booking the next appointment for appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior, and daycare rates ($20) for dogs not picked up after 4 hours of being notified that their dog is done. We do not groom aggressive dogs, and we are only able to book dogs that keep a 1-12 week grooming schedule.

We understand that this is a big adjustment, so to offset this we added fresh breath foam, teeth brushing, nail file, your choice of spa or medicated shampoo, mud bath, paw treatment, conditioner, blueberry facial, nose lotion, ear plucking, anal gland expression, bows/bandana, perfume, picture taken, and report cards (all upon request) to our grooming services for no extra cost to you.
